These terms apply when you browse or buy from www.hergreed.com. By using the site you agree to them, so please read them carefully. Nothing here affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
You may use this site for lawful, personal shopping only. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or copy its content for commercial use. We may update or withdraw the site, and these terms, at any time.
When you place an order you'll receive a confirmation email — this is an acknowledgement, and a contract is formed once we dispatch your items. We may decline or cancel an order (for example if an item is out of stock or mispriced), and we'll refund you in full if we do.
Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. We take care to price accurately, but if we spot a genuine error we'll let you know before dispatching and give you the choice to reconfirm or cancel.
Delivery options, timescales and our returns policy are set out on our Customer Care page and form part of these terms. In short: UK standard delivery is free over £75, and you have 30 days to return unused items in their original packaging.
All content on this site — including the Her Greed name, logo, imagery and text — belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by law. You may not reproduce it without our written permission.
We provide the site with reasonable care but don't guarantee it will always be available or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for losses that weren't reasonably foreseeable. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for anything it would be unlawful to limit.
