Delivery & Returns

We want your Her Greed pieces to reach you quickly — and if something isn't quite right, returning it should be just as easy.

Delivery options

Smaller items placed before 2pm (Mon–Fri) are dispatched the same day. Large furniture is sent on a dedicated two-person delivery service — you'll be offered a delivery date, and receive tracking as soon as it's booked in.

Returns & exchanges

Changed your mind? You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return unused items in their original, undamaged packaging. Returns are free for UK orders; larger furniture is collected by our courier.

1. Sign in to My Account and open My Orders.
2. Select the order and the item(s) you'd like to return.
3. Print your prepaid returns label and drop the parcel at any post office.
4. Once received, refunds are processed within 5–7 working days to your original payment method.

For hygiene reasons, mattresses cannot be returned once the hygiene seal is removed, unless faulty. Made-to-order and assembled items may not be eligible — see the product page.

A little measuring goes a long way. Every product page lists exact dimensions — check them against your space (and doorways) before you order.

How to measure your space

• The footprint — measure the width and depth of the spot your piece will sit, and leave room to open drawers and doors.
• The access route — measure doorways, hallways, stairwells and any tight turns; compare against the product's packed dimensions.
• Seat & table height — allow roughly 25–30 cm between a seat and the underside of a table, and about 60 cm of width per diner.
• Rugs — for living rooms, aim to sit at least the front legs of your furniture on the rug to anchor the space.

Track My Order

Keeping an eye on your delivery is simple.

1. Sign in to My Account.
2. Open My Orders to see every order, its status and payment.
3. Once dispatched, your confirmation email contains a live tracking link from our courier.

Placed an order as a guest, or can't find your confirmation? Email support@hergreed.com with your order reference (e.g. HG-1042) and we'll track it down for you.
